We slow cook and carefully season all-white chicken meat.
After we mix it with a little salad dressing and add a touch of
red onion to enhance the flavor, we serve this on a
buttery, golden croissant.
Ham & Pineapple Panini
This sandwich is grilled with thinly sliced honey smoked ham,
red onion, havarti cheese, cilantro basil sauce, with just a
little pineapple to add a sweet contrast to the variety of flavors.
Turkey Panini
Honey roasted turkey breast, a variety of cheeses, and a
special basil and garlic sauce piled on crusty french bread
makes this sandwich a favorite. We grill this until the
cheese melts and runs over the sides.
Reuben Panini
Thin sliced corn beef , a variety of cheeses, saurkraut, and a special sauce piled on two slices of grilled french bread.
Vegetable Panini
Sauteed seasonal vegetables, a variety of cheeses with a special sauce make this an undeniable favorite among my cafe customers.
Black and White Cubano
A little more hearty, this sandwich offers honey roasted turkey breast, several different cheeses, bacon, a small slice of pumpernickel bread, and a special sauce to make it perfect.
The Wedge
Inspired by a dish in Columbus, Ohio a simple slice of iceberg lettuce is topped with feta cheese, bacon, dice tomatoes and a dressing to die for.
Cafe Salad
Baby greens, feta cheese, seasonal fruit, walnuts and our signature sweet and tangy strawberry rose vinaigrette.
