Catering Contract

    Thank you for considering Cafe on the Run for your event.  I look forward to working         with you. 

    As you plan your special occasion, please review the following considerations:

1. 1.There will be a minimum number of people needed in order to book the Tea Room for any event after regular business hours.
   

2. 2.There is a 20% gratuity added to your total bill on all parties.
   

3. 3.If you are having a private party, outside of regular business hours there will be a $125.00 room fee that Finishing Touch Gallery will charge you.  You will have the room for two hours at that fee.
   

4. 4.The Tea room can accommodate approximately 45 people.
   

5. 5.Whomever books the party with Cafe on the run is responsible for collecting the money and paying the entire bill for their party.  We will not take individual payments for any party booked with Cafe on the run.
   

6. 6.All parties booked with the cafe must begin within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.  We won’t rush you on your special occasion but please be mindful of the time.
   

7. 7.You will be asked to give a final guest count 1 week prior to your engagement.  It is at this time you will be asked for your menu selection(s).  You will be charged for your total guest count irregardless of how many guests show.
   

8. 8.For parties of 20 or more you may have two entree’ choices.  You  may have two choices for less than 20 but there will be an extra charge.
   

9. 9.Due to state regulations, I cannot give uneaten food away.
